You are in an advanced stage of your business administration studies (you should have at least successfully completed 3 semesters) and have specialised in Accounting/Valuation or Finance/Corporate Finance. 

You have gained several years of experience in transaction services or valuation services at one of the “Big Four” accounting firms or another firm of international reputation. 

You have just completed or will shortly complete your business administration studies. As one focus of your studies you have chosen financing, corporate finance, management or external accounting.
