Jessica Chen has professional experience in transaction advisory with a focus on financial due diligence.
Jessica also has experience in business valuation and delivering deal value. She has worked on major financial due diligence projects for clients in the pharmaceutical, automotive, retail and energy sectors, among others.
Ms. Chen holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mannheim Master in Management from the University of Mannheim, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration with a specialization in Financial Management from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.
