She has successfully advised numerous shareholders across various industries on succession planning, portfolio sales, and carve-out transactions.
Her advisory services in sale situations include supporting the development of investment strategies, assessing appropriate purchase price expectations, preparing transaction-relevant documents, identifying and approaching potential investors, and guiding and coordinating the due diligence process. She also assists with negotiations to achieve optimal results for her clients.
Additionally, Beatrice Berg advises companies of different sizes and industries on acquiring target companies — from strategic alignment, identifying and approaching potential targets, to operational support throughout the transaction process.
In previous roles, she was also involved in company valuation and financial due diligence, and has audited and certified annual and consolidated financial statements according to HGB, IFRS, and US-GAAP.
