Julia has professional experience in transaction advisory services and auditing of German GAAP and IFRS financial statements. She advises clients in both, buy- and sell-side M&A projects, and particularly performs financial due diligences.
As employee of Henkel’s subsidiary controlling team Julia primarily worked on M&A transaction related topics, including various divestment projects on Henkel corporate level.
Julia studied business administration at the University of Cologne with a focus on finance and accounting.
