Sönke has more than 20 years of experience in transaction services and as a senior manager in real estate.
Sönke advised in numerous buy-side and sell-side transactions for both strategic investors and private equity firms. In his function as senior manager in the real estate sector he was also responsible for executing M&A transactions.
Working as a consultant, Sönke was responsible for financial due diligence projects and assisted the post-merger refinancing of target businesses in particular for private equity clients.
He also audited corporate contracts and advised the valuation of property portfolios. Sönke worked on numerous restructuring engagements and provided support in special projects, e.g. with a forensic background.
Sönke has extensive expertise as supervisory and advisory board member.
He studied at the Freie Universität Berlin economics and North American studies.
