Professor Peter Kajüter holds the Chair of International Accounting at the Westfälischen Wilhelms-Universität Münster and is Visiting Professor at the ESMT European School of Management and Technology.
Before, he held the Chair of International Accounting at the ESCP Europe Berlin and worked as a lecturer, projectmanager and head of corporate programs at the USW Schloss Gracht (1993-1999, today ESMT).
His research interests are focussed on current topics of external accounting and controlling. Professor Peter Kajüter engages actively in the transfer of knowledge between university and industrial practice by way of management seminars and participation in professional committees. Professor Peter Kajüter also is a regular lecturer at seminars and congresses.
Dr. Wolfgang Ropella was Managing Director of CDM Smith Europe GmbH, Bochum, the European holding company of CDM Smith. CDM Smith is a full-service engineering and construction firm with private and public clients worldwide. Dr. Wolfgang Ropella has a strong track record in financial and performance related restructuring projects in his roles as Managing Director of Heinrich Hecker Group, Oldenburg, and of Schreck-Mieves Group, Braunschweig.
Dr. Wolfgang Ropella held several executive positions at E. Heitkamp Group, Herne, where he also led corporate projects, such as the implementation of SAP and the acquisition and integration of Deilmann-Haniel Group into Heitkamp Group.
Andreas Schwarz is member of the management boards of RheinLand Versicherung AG, RheinLand Lebensversicherung AG, Credit Life AG, Credit Life N.V. and RiMaXX N.V., which are all part of the RheinLand Insurance Group located in Neuss.
Before joining RheinLand Group Andreas was responsible of different management positions at Ericsson GmbH, Düsseldorf: he began his career at Ericsson as head of legal department and later became vice president sales within the management of the market unit Germany, Benelux, Austria and Switzerland. He started his career as a lawyer at Bender, Zahn, Tigges in Düsseldorf focusing on contract-, banking- and insolvency law.
As Co-Head Corporate Banking at HSBC in Germany, Andreas Voglis is heading the corporate banking of HSBC’s branches in Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Cologne, Hamburg and Munich and is responsible for coordinating various financing products.
In his earlier role with HSBC as Director and Head of Financial Structuring & Advisory besides providing corporate finance services to his clients, he was responsible for structuring, syndication and transaction processing of syndicated loans. In his professional career at HSBC, he also worked in ECM, M&A Advisory and account management.
