You have just completed or will shortly complete your business administration studies. As one focus of your studies you have chosen financing, corporate finance, management or external accounting. Basic knowledge of IFRS/US-GAAP is preferred and you have improved your English skills during internships in foreign countries. You are a team player, communicative, mobile, flexible and able to work under pressure. A proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office package is obligatory.
We offer comprehensive insights into transaction services and valuation services through our diverse projects and the broad client portfolio. You will work in a highly motivated team on buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects as well as business valuations and modelling projects. You will develop your skills “on the job” as well as in voluntary supplemental external training programmes. We will provide all necessary assistance if you decide to complete common professional certifications such as the Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
