Dominik has professional experience in business valuations and financial modelling. The purposes for which he carries out company valuations include expert opinions according to IDW S 1, tax valuations, purchase price allocations and the audit of investment valuations (HGB/Werthaltigkeitstest) and impairment tests (IFRS). Furthermore, he has experience in the valuation of capital equipment. In the past Dominik also performed financial due diligences.
Dominik studied business administration at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster with a focus on finance and accounting.
