Simon has professional experience in transaction advisory services and auditing of German GAAP and IFRS financial statements. He advises clients in both, buy- and sell-side M&A projects, and particularly performs financial due diligences.
Furthermore, in the context of his previous positions, he dealt with topics of financing advisory and controlling of medium-sized companies.
Simon studied at the FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management in Düsseldorf and received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration with a focus on controlling and accounting and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) with a focus on finance and accounting.
