Sonja has professional experience in transaction advisory services and in auditing of financial statements. She advises clients in both, sell-side and buy-side M&A projects and performs financial due diligences.
During her time in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance and Management Consulting, Sonja advised companies in private placements, IPOs, capital increases and was involved in M&A transactions.
When working for an audit firm she performed audits of single and consolidated financial statements and was involved in company valuations, purchase price allocations and financial due diligence.
Sonja studied business administration at University of Passau.
